With reference to your application for direct admission to the University, I'm pleased to advise that you'll be admitted to the 2nd year of the above course in the 2005/2006 academic year, subject to your satisfactory completion of Higher Diploma Course with credit at the HKIVE before 1st August, 2005.

這個conditional offer，條件和UST的一樣，要今年拿credit或以上才會有效。
當然，我不會付款的。因為如果我今年拿credit，我都會選擇UST。
